3in lift vibes

I just lifted my truck 3", I don't have a SYE and didn't drop the transfer case. After the lift I have a slight vibe when I'm on the gas, would this be because of the drive line angle? and will this destroy my u-joints or anything else?

could I just need a shim to angle up the diff?

I've now put on some 31 MT's and can't even feel the vibration over the tires.

so today I put in a 1/2 inch t-case drop, hope this will be enough?

I'd do the shim thing and if that didn't work, you may have to go with the SYE and new driveshaft.

I also have a vib between 20 and 40 mph after a re 3.5 on my 98 xj. I did a transfer drop and it went away. but I have shims on order and if that doesnt work im doing the sye and driveshaft.. I just dont like the transfer case sitting low with the drop
