i am looking for a roof rack for my xj.. its gotta be minum 4" deep. strong and light, and be able to tie a canoe on top of it... whos got them?

KargoMaster. You can get them in steel or aluminum and unlike confer and some of the other brands, the kargomaster comes with the bottom rails at no extra charge!

Check ebay, I got a Yakima LoadWarrior with extension for $100.

x2. got the bushman model with the factory rail mounts. was stong enough to haul a 400lb toolbox 90 miles, and I haven't had any problems with rust either. price is about $300.
