Best Place for parts

Im looking for new hubs and U-joints for my D30. Its a 87 disco with 96 knuckles and brakes.

Where do you all buy your parts, didnt realize hubs were so expensive. Also, will hubs that fit on Shafts that take 260 ujoints, also fit on shafts thats take 297 Joints?? Planning on going up a joint size soon, need to know if I can do this at the same time.

On a D30, they are called unit bearings, not hubs. Hubs have a disconnect, where the D30 has none.

They are pricey, but someone should post you a link to the cheapest source.

Would I get the Tapered Bearing Type or Ball Bearing type?? Im running the what came on the 87 right now. I hope its allright.

The older unit bearings or "hubs" can be rebuilt for alot less then buying the whole hub....Thats why there's two different bearing styles(tapered or ball bearring)I forget what year became "unservicable"
