Coolant Leak?

(99xj 4.0) I just change radiator, thermostat, water pump all new hose because of a over heating problem.

Now I have a coolant leak comming from the little hose on top that goes from the coolant to bottle to the radiator.

It's leaking right where the hose meets the radiator.

Is this a sign of something else?

a loose clamp?

Did you check to verify if the clamp was indeed tight? Maybe the hose itself split.
