Mopar cruise control kit?

I have a '99 XJ without cruise from the factory... I saw online that you can buy the Mopar cruise control kit that comes with everything you need. Has anyone installed this? Was it difficult??

I installed one for my 96. It was very easy. The hardest thing was putting the steering wheel back on. The instructions for the kit were quite detailed.
