as in complete, ready to bolt in... probably up around 800 # or somewhere up there.
I had shipped a built HP D44 front complete drum to drum, currie RJ aluminum D60 and a TJ LA kit as well as a few extras. shipped them back east. total crate weighed in at 1150 #. the lift kit was 350 and the atlas was 125 #. other than maybe about #50 worth of other stuff it was all axles.

The REAR complete D60 can be carried by 2-3 people but a tractor w/ a boom is much easier. I would estimate the weight to be around 450lbs.
Dont know about the 44 but I would think your 325 is pretty close.

I think the 44 drum to drum is about 265lbs actually. (D35 is about 180)
