Track bar axle mount problems

Today I noticed an unusual clunk coming from the steering wheel today. So I found somebody to help me turn the steering wheel while I looked around. It seems that the hole that the bolt goes through to hook the track bar to the axle is no longer round. I am really at a loss on how to fix the problem, any ideas?

1993 XJ 4.0 aw4 4x4 dana 30 front axle. Stock suspension.

Take a thick flat washer that fits firmly over the bolt that goes onto the frame and put the bolt back in. Then tack weld the washer. Remove the bolt and thoroughly weld the washer. This will act a reinfoecement.
