Please help with Disconnected Vacuum Lines

I took my Jeep into the shop to have some Carb work done about a week ago and when I got it back it was running a little rough. Yesterday when I was driving home it started to run horrible and then died. I got it home when I looked under the hood I noticed what I think to be two vacuum lines are unhooked and not capped. (trying to get picture). And I have the chilton manuel but I can't figure the damn diagram out. If anyone is in lakewood and could help me really quick tonight that would be awsome. Beer or money provided if we can get it working thanks.

It's a 85 Cherokee with the 2.8l

When I try and start it, it tries to turn over but can't quite get it and then backfires really loud.

There has to be fittings some where near the end of those hoses or at least with-in their reach,
I'm not familar with that eng but a mirror and flash lite should reveal a place to put them.
Good Luck!
