my tb is alittle loose at the frame side and its causing some mild vibes and chatter/poping. if i grab ahold of it and pull it front to back it moves say about 1/16", not much. i've tighted it as tight as i can. should i shim it??

my lca's have a chatter to them also when i go over rough/uneven roads. is this normal?

i'm still trying to get use to all the new noises after a lift.lol

There should be NO MOVEMENT in your track bar!!!

I would look closely at the legnth of the bolt. I am going to guess, someone broke or changed out the origional and the current one is too long. Its likely hitting the axle tube before it gets torqued down. You will need to cut the bolt off...OR put washers under the bolt head and re tighten.

He said it's loose at the frame side, not the axle.
Mine kept loosening every 10 hours of use or so. I finally tack welded it tothe frame rail. No more movement. Just 3 or so short tacks on top, the front side and bottom.

My pass side UCA was rattling in the axle housing. The bushing was toast. I could actually move it around. Replaced it and still had rattle. Turns out it was my adj. UCAs as well. The jam nut kept comming loose and the arm was rattling. Make sure you get the jam nuts nice and tight on your Adj. LCAs, and make sure your bushings are not to blame on your UCAs

OOPs...My bad.

Then I would say to remove the FRAME end and clean and inspect the mounting hole. I am willing to bet its one of two things.

1) The hole is wallowed out in the bracket, and OR threads on the TRE are fubar.

The first will require a new mount and the latter a new TB or a die to chase the threads.
