Steering Issues - 4.5 inch lift

Got a rebuilt steering box about six months ago. The end on the axle side from the pitman arm has worn out twice and noticed the steering box is bad now (maybe it was before just now checked it). Not a problem as the box was rebuilt with warranty but I wonder if there is something wrong with my steering/ lift. I am at 4.5 inches with an adjustable orgs trackbar.

Is there anything I should be concerned with at this height that might continue to wear out my steering components or was the bad box the key? I do wheel quite a bit.

who rebuilt the box? That might have something to do with it. Also is the alignment set right, the trac bar is centering the axle right as well is something to look at. And do you have enough fluid in the pump. A lack of fluid could cook the box. Juice
