Squeak stays the same no matter how fast I go

Hi, I have a 1994 Jeep Cherokee with 203278, and it has an odd squeak or chirp coming from up front somewhere. It starts the moment the wheels begin to roll and the pitch and tone stay the same whether your going 3MPH or 25MPH the squeak will disapear at about 35-40MPH. I have searched this site pretty thoroughly and cant seem to find the right answer. I was hoping someone will be able to help. I appreciate any help. Thanks!

U-joints or cv joint in the front drive shaft would be the first thing I would check.

they would change when speed increases...
