gotta chop my driveshaft down to fit the new drivetrain. I'd like to take it to the shop tomorrow, and the drivetrain won't be ready to go in until the end of the week. so I need to know how long it's gotta be ;)

A stock rear driveshaft on a shortbed 4x4 auto should be 41.5" from ujoint center to ujoint center as measured by a Comanche owner in the Michigan Jeepers club. Both my trucks are stick so I can't varify that myself.
