When I worked in Boston I used to go by a body shop that would make "ground effects" for Ricers. Many time I noticed what appeared to be foam blocks hanging off the sides of these things and being shaped.
For the life of me I can't remember what they said the "foam" was called.
Anyone have an idea, I think it was some sort of closed cell urethane that they glassed over. need proper name so I can do a search.....Thanks.

I think he is making an assumption that you are going to use it for something that he would not approve of. But then that is just another assumption.

I just want something for a mold, but I'd rather use the blocks I saw and shape them. Just can't remember the name of them.
