Tonga Ridge is CLOSED!!!!

Tonga Ridge is closed due to that flooding and erosion that happenend last month.

Not saying any of us here bypassed the blockade, but the Forest Service put some Jersey Barriers across the road, and someone winched them out of the way and went up there anyways.

If anyone has any info the folks at the Skykomish ranger station would like to have a nice chat with them.

For those of us who have never heard of this...can you tell us where it's located?

Up on Rt 2 past Index. It's near the Skykomish Ranger station. If you take the road up to tonga Ridge, you will eventually drive behind the Stevens Pass ski area.
