Anyone know where to get the large metal sleeves in the control arms?

While trying to remove the old rubber bushings, a few of the metal sleeves were damaged. Is there a place to buy replacements for these? Or, is this something I will have to try to make myself?

Not the little sleeve that the bolt slide through. The large outer one that is not supposed to be removed.

new CA bushings should come with the outer sleeves.....those are part of the bushing and should be replaced
