Rebuilt title, but professionally repaired. Low NADA book is $8245. This Jeep has no problems. Nice wrangler with a hard top. Has 4.5" lift, heavy duty rear axle (Factory Dana 44 option), and great 31" A/T tires. New 4.10 gears and a 9000 lb winch. WARN rear bumper and tire carrier ($650 new). Cold A/C. This Jeep is a lot of fun to drive, doors and top are removable. We love it, but have 2 kids in car seats right now. Thanks for looking! Contact me for photos and any more info, even a test drive at 801-920-3044

We are currently looking for a nice Cherokee. 1997+ is preferred but 96 is ok too. Power options are a must, must have a clean body and interior. A limited would be sweet. Lower gears, beefy axles, good looking quality bumpers and/or sliders would be a plus too.
Something like this would be cool -

I failed to mention that I'd need $7500 for it if I sold it outright.

4.0 / AX-15 / NV321J / New Yukon 4.10's in the rear, stock Spicer 4.10's in the front. Whole axle is from a 2000? TJ. Shows 84K miles. Wreck was a diagonal hit on the rt front corner. Swept the frame over to the side about 5 inches across the front 4 feet of the frame. No dimples or kinks in the frame. TJ's have a fully boxed frame. Professionally straightened on a frame rack. Both front fenders were replaced with brand new units, as was one hood hinge. This vehicle would have qualified to have the title cleaned by the state because of the minimal level of damage and the professional repair, but it was 2 years too old. They have to be like 5 years old or less to qualify.

Sorry, I don't know any cheerleaders, but maybe someone else does. :D
Did I see different wheels on it when I picked up those tires the other day? I though I saw some 5 spoke alloys. I thought they looked good.
Or was I smoking somthing. :greensmok

You were not smoking something. Those are my "alot more pavement friendly than my 34" bias ply swampers" tires. The TJ will come with a full set of 5 of those nice 5 spoke wheels, freshly polished.
You know, alot of XJ folks shy away from the Wranglers because of the shorter wheelbase and their perceived lessened climbing ability. I've never personally seen a place where the XJ's we were wheeling with climbed any better than the YJ's/TJ's with us. They climb just fine, stuff steeper than I feel comfortable going up. Cherokee guys are the only ones that think Wranglers are for panzies, most other folks just respect them as one of the finest off roaders available. I just need a more accessible back seat.

That will happen alot on a website specifically for Cherokee's. It's a fine looking Jeep and probaly very capable.

There was a smiley. Yep, the big $hit eating grin one.
Actually it was mostly the wrangler crowd that had the issue with the cherokees not being real jeeps. But that has changed over time. Most people have respect for both. Respect for the differences which allow a much wider range of uses.
I would have had a wrangler if it had not needed room for the family. Try having 7 seatbelts in a wrangler. Yep 7. But the kid are too big for the thrid seat now. so it is back to 5.
If anyone does think the wranglers are that bad they only need to think about how jeep got the reputation. It is just that so many end up driven by young girls just for the look. Not a bad thing as it make more used ones. The cherokee group has to wait for the soccer moms to give up their XJ's.
And don't forget real jeeps have square headlights:D

I have...you apperently haven't run hard enough trails in it yet. :D
Seriously though. Wranglers have their place but climbing isn't one of them.
To keep this on topic though...Do you have it on KSL or anywhere else other then here? I would think most XJ guys wouldn't be looking on NAXJA for a TJ.

Yep, it's on RME and KSL. Will probably do AutoTrader soon.
The only popular "hard" trail in Moab I haven't run in this very TJ is Pritchett. Behind the Rocks, Golden Spike, Moab Rim, Hell's Revenge, Poison Spider, Cliffhanger, Metal Masher, Gold Bar... they were all a cakewalk in this rig. The steepest obstacles on these trails were no more difficult in my TJ than my built XJ. I never, ever started to wheelie even once, even on the steep optional lines. To me, that's good enough.
While most guys on here would not be looking for a TJ, most guys on here probably have the rig I'm looking for to trade or buy. I'm looking for an XJ to replace it with.
