Nowhere to hook a towstrap to?

Alot of Cherokees as we all know didn't really come with anywhere to hook a towstrap up.

Mine was one of the unfortunate few. So knowing that I was going on a snow run today, friday I hit the junkyards, and came up with this.

All of this stuff is a factory kit, it starts off with these brackets



They bolt on here





Next comes this bracket, you can see the difference between a factory bumper bracket and the upgrade



The bracket has mounts on the bottom, for these tow hooks.



Then they bolt into the bumper like so.



Slide on and bolt into place.



Voila! Now I have something to drag the Jeep around with. Oh, and I used it once today haha.

What did you have to give for it and what year did you scrap it from?

It cost me $10 and some change.

I pulled the brackets from a 95 that had no motor or header panel, but it didn't have hooks, but it was easy to get to, so I chose that one.

The hooks themselves I pulled from a 90 limited. I saw an older 87-88ish one there too that had the brackets.
