Idle problem

OK I have searched and havent really found the answer that im looking for...When I start my 99 xj up it idles fine but, when it gets warm its either idling high or is constantly going up and down...What could be cause this problem? Thanks

ISM....Idle stepper motor

Throttle position sensor? Crankshaft position sensor?

How do I check if it is the ISM?? Should I just replace the TPS and CPS then??

on my buddies motor it was the mass airflow sensor

Well then your buddy must not have a cherokee, because they dont have a mass airflow sensor. MAybe you mean MAP sensor? I would chck your Idle air controller motor, as stated above. It may be gummed up with carbon.
