Have pic? Stock angled tubular swinging tire carrier

Does anyone have any pics of their odd looking angled mopar swing out tire carrier mounted to their jeep, which hinges solely from the bumper and locks to a plate at the license plate? I just picked one up and I'm trying to figure out what else I will need to complete (like a new license plate mount, etc)

I think you have an overhead console. It goes inside the jeep.
