Okay, in my recent and various moves, I have lost the power cable to my HP Photosmart 145 printer.

I do not want to go out and buy a new printer, and am trying to find a place to buy JUST the power cord, nothing else.

Do any of you technically savvy folks know of a place to buy such a cord, or if I can buy a general AC adapter that has the correct rating?

____
32V - - - 470mA

____
15V - - - 530mA

These are the readings on the UL product ID panel on the bottom of the printer.

Thanks for the help.

You may luck out there, I had a tough time getting a new cable from HP for an external scsi cdrom, one of the pins bent and broke off. Ended up buying a new AC cable, converter, 5 or 6 din cable but it took me almost a week, finally ended up talking to a guy in a warehouse in colorado who cracked a scsi cdrom box and got the part number from the packing slip. They sent it for free...

Welcome to the world of HP. Their parts are proprietary and it's really difficult to find spares without going through them.

Found exactly what I needed at a parts house for 10 bucks.

I love the internet. Thanks for the help gents.
