Hesco, good but expensive. I'm not sure if they make a spacer for the Renix system, but they have some cool stuff for converting to the HO throttle body.
I have seen several different suppliers on Ebay over the last couple years. You could check there, but you never know what you might end up with.

I know when I installed one in my 97 I noticed an insane increase in speed... not so much HP or torque, but hearing that whistle just made things seem to fly by so much faster than before.
I took mine out and gave it to a buddy, I didn't notice any increase in mpg, or HP... not sure what effect it would have on a Renix, but there is only one sure way to find out.
At $27, even at 1% increase in mpg its paid off in just a couple dozen tanks.

I have two xj's, and my other one has a t-body spacer already. 2-4mpg increase claim is bs, but I did get maybe .5mpg increase and it seemed to have better throttle response with it.
