Ever hear of RMI-25 coolant system addictive?

Someone told me about something called RMI-25 Coolant system additive. Has anyone used it or know if the stuff is good. It is suppose to flush your coolant system while you drive. Also suppose to be less corrosive on you seals.

I just sent them a request for the MSDS sheet, which they are legally required to provide upon request. That will show what's in it and I'm guessing it's nothing more than snake oil.
