My wife drives a 92 Cherokee Laredo . . . she met up with the back of a cube van and put the fog lights out of their misery.
Guess who has to replace them?
:D:D:D
How the heck you get the bumper off those things to get at the fog light mounts??

Three 15mm bolts on either side of the frame rail mounted brackets. Don't bother with the Torx until you have it removed. Not a big deal type job....

not sure about the 92, but on my 87 and 88 there is a round vacuum ball thing bolted to the pasenger side of the bumper to look out for.

its a vacuum canister.. it stores it for all the accesories that are vacuum actuated.. the engine doesnt pull enough vacuum to run all of them.. heater controls, front axle, cruise contrlo. to naeme a few... wwhile you have it out check the lines that run to it for wear... replace them while you have it out..
