^ The scout is on 35s and blew the front end apart trying to make it up this embankment. Everyone was stuck here except for two rigs, a comp rig TJ on 36s and a chevy on 39s they winched us up and out.

I liked that second shot, I tried to get one like that a few weeks ago but it kept not wanting to come out.

Yea there are a few others that i discarded. I wish I had a nice camera. Need a faster shutter speed to get a clear image of the foreground @ 80 mph.

And I should have rolled down the window so I didnt get the reflection of the steering wheel in the lower right.

Sounds like a plan. It's a pretty easy trail, but it's beautiful up there. Definitely not somewhere you can go out and not see anyone since they do the Jeep tours up on this trail too. There are a couple spots you can crawl around on the rocks off the main trail though.

Big Hank and I are planning on running some brown county Gravel roads down here sometime. We can find some scenic stuff here still.........but nothing like out west! :(

my XJ did great - manual tranny definitely helps though - I was able to just drive the whole thing in 3rd at ~35mph, almost never had to brake or shift down - right within the power band. Still got 19.7 mpg average that trip.

crappy little Canon Powershot point and shoot from my work, considering that and no tripod, came out awesome I think.

It is an HDR composition though using 3 separate shots (-1,0,+1 exposure)
