79 bronco D44 complete??

I have a guy that wants to sell me a D44 out of a 79 bronco
I think its a fullsize right??and would it be good for my XJ??

Its full width, yeah. The radius arms are cast in to the housing, so if you have no problem running those, then it should be fine. I had one for awhile but found a good deal on a 3/4 ton 44 so I got that instead.

i'd opt for a older 44, i think like 76 full sizers have noncast mounts. then you could weld on some RE brackets and run your current LA's
