Cherokee Tow Plate?

Looking through my Quadratec catalog for a front end 2" reciever, and I came across the "Cherokee Tow Plate" it has an optional 2" reciever , and it
requires the tow hook brackets for instalation,has anyone had any
experince with this product, or should i just get a regular hitch? there about
the same price.

i would suggest just getting the regular hitch

DO NOT buy that tow plate or the front hitch that Qtec offers... the plate is not designed as an off-road recovery point.. i woundt trust it for any hard pulling.. and the hitch that Qtec offers is from HiddenHitch. it is a poor design that reduces you front ground clearence and is a pretty large design.
get the front receiver from Draw-Tite.. it's only a few $$ more but is a better, lower profile design that tucks up nice and tight to the frame COMPLETELY behind the air dam below the front bumper. you just need to cut a square out of it for clearance..
