Axel install procedure..

I am now in the air conditioned house, I should be in the garage installing my 30. I need some help!
What the hell in the procedure for putting the damn thing back together?
Control arms first? Then springs, then bump stop (pucks)????
I think I'm losing my mind. I have done this before...but this time I can't get everything to fit together.
Okay, let me think about this..
Install upper control arms...
Install lower control arms...
raise Jeep....
install springs...(with pucks loose)
yadda yadda yadda...I can't even get to this point.
HELP!!
(I would have posted this in my chapters forum for fear of EVERYONE finding out about this problem, but our moderator would have moved it here anyway!)

personally i prefer this order

1)bribe friend to come over and help
2)install lower control arms
3)install coils (with only the lower arms on, the axle will droop far enough to put the coils in by hand)
4)jack up axle a little and install upper arms
5) hook up everything else.

I'd put the front bumps in before the coils... the other steps sound right

That was probably my problem.
I was installin the UCA's first, then the springs...that wasn't allowing me to get the LCA's on (the springs were preventing me from aligning up the LCA's)
Okay, thanks guys, I'll give it another go today!
