Anyone ever have to warranty a locker with Richmond Gear?

Well I got my No-Slip back today. I was starting to wonder.... Ultimately they declined warranty BUT the syncros are fine and he included a new active spacer. I was pissed at first until I talked to Jeff on the phone a few minutes ago and realized what he'd done for me. He said possibly using too much grease wouldn't let the center pin slide in as smoothly as it should've and that damaged it. He included an extra spacer so I'm back to good since nothing other than the spacer broke. So all in all I'm happy and the turn around was 4 days from when I shipped it to them.
