latest Kragen story:

So I went to pick up some gear oil the other day and being the cheapskate I am I bought the 5 gallon bucket. Its supposed to be half price that way, and It seem like I am always buying loads of that stuff.

so anyhow the dingbat at the front counter first off had a hard time ringing it up, he finally got the total and is seemed low so I asked him if he was sure it was right. He asked, why is in a little high, I told him no, it seems low. So he ran through the receipt and the highest item was $6.99 so I asked him if the bucket was 6.99 and he said no its this one right here, $3.99. So once again I asked him if he was sure, and he said he was he got the # right off the bucket. And I asked him if he was sure he didn't want to ask the manager and he said he was sure.

Hey I tried three times oh well so essentially I got 20 qts for the price of one :)

You should have bought all they had. I only ask once in that situation (of course I am well known for being VERY impatient with stupid people). Remember stupid people are breeding at an alarming rate, have yours spayed or neutered today!!!

Gary, I think this topic is very inappropriate for the Sierra Chapter forum. I think you should get personal counselling from your Bishop, this is very serious. :rolleyes:

You did two thngs very wrong, 1. you didn't give us the address of the Kragen that gave you such a great deal on the oil, and 2. you didn't buy them out of what they had and passed it all onto us. :D I think I need to pray for you Brother.
