RE control arm bushings...need some quick help.

the bushings on my RE lower control arm are shot so i got the replacemenets
whats the best way to replace them?

can u do it with out a press..?

Burn the bushing out with a torch, leaving the bearing shell behind. Use a Sawz-all to cut the shell out.

I tried my damndest w/out a press but ended up buying a press. Using a 20 ton press it still took a Lot of pressure to get them in. Either find one to borrow or buy one. A local machine shop will probably do it cheap enough too.
