Rubber bushings for aftermarket control arms

I currently have poly bushings in my aftermarket LCA's (fixed length procomps), and the constant squeaking drives me nuts. I have lubed the heck out of them before, and they will be quiet for a while, but start sqeaking as soon as they dust from a trail ride kicks up.

Does any one know if there are some rubber bushing that will fit them? The standard LCA bushing (oem) are too large of diameter.
