This is mine without the marker lights, and with 3 inches of lift.

btw.. mine is a 98 as well :) and couple conclusinos that I came to:
1. cut less and bend it up to reinforce the fender as you'll remove the original bend
2. plan on relocating the washer bottle to the inside (mine is still there, but it's at the moment kind of being sawed appart by the bend
3. if you look carefully you'll notice that I herculined the edge under the flare: it protects it nicely, it doesn';t look as bad as the touch up pain on any potential chips or dings, and it looks pretty good as well

thanks guys, i think i will use rear flares all the way around. i had a idea for a side light but it won't work like i want.

I was practicing cutting on a parts SJ =) and had tried this mentioned method. I did't have the best luck bending it up. Any suggestions??
