My 89 xj won't start sometimes in the morning. I have checked fuel pressure and it was 31 psi and 39 psi with regulator unplugged. It will start with a shot of starting fluid. I have changed the fuel pump and fuel filter and relays but it still doesn't want to start in the morning. Once started it will run fine all day with no problems.Any help out there?
