Its a common problem,proper length control arms and trackbar should do the trick.

did you center the axle by adjusting the track bar at ride height ?
i just installed the re6130 on my 96' ,
after measuring several times and adjusting the length i noticed that
an easy way to tell is to look at the sway bar links .
they should angle in toward each other slightly
( and equally ) at the axle .

my RE coils still rub the TB bracket and the axle is a little off to the driver side.

my 3.5 rubs sometimes disc'od off road when at driver full stuff.

i guess that is what that popping/rubbing noise is when trail riding. i always thought it was the swaybar links rubbing the coils. i have the gen II discos that attach to the studs that mount about 6" in front of the spring isolator.
