so i have been doing some serious research on what tire im gonna run next. my bald 34 ltb's are in desperate need to be taken off the road. the problem is that since i really dont run it that much and it needs a major tune up since the winter, i dont have money for new ones. so its going to have to wait till i get the 6.5 lift in and the engine done with. my options i have been looking at are Truxus and Maxxis Bighorns. im not sure probabbly 35 or 33's. i want to have good traction in the snow and ice come the maine winters. and i need something better to drive 3 or 4 hours at a time on then the pos ltb's. but im not sure with a 6.5 whether i want to try and run 35's and upgrade or just say screw it and run 33's and get ample room to flex out like crazy. I used the search button like for 2 hours but have not come up with my answer. DOES maxxis even have a tire dealer in Maine ? i checked on their site and it says no matches found. so im at a loss at where i could pick some maxxis up. enough of me rambling... what yall think and any help on if there is any close maxxis dealer in New England?

~ if anything i will just buy another set of 34 ltb's and groove them like a buddy of mine did back home. and try to run those in the winter with some good amount of grooving or siping i can do myself.

I can't comment on their truck tires but I know their ATV tires are made of extremely soft compound.

the Truxus are really good in the snow on the road, and pretty good offroad

The Bighorns are a very nice tire..

I have been running them for 2 years now.. great wet weather traction and in the mountains they are great in the snow.

IMHO, a much better tire than the Truxxus MT... much smoother on the road, better wet traction and truer...
