Right Side Motor Mount

88 Jeep Cherokee, 4.0 IL 6. I am having a really hard time trying to get the bolt out of the right side motor mount. The problem I'm having is the mount thru-bolt is hitting the oil filter mount and I can't get the mount to rise up enough to clear. So far I've taken out the two bolts that hold the mount bracket to the engine block but I can't get it to pivot enough to remove the bolt. Is there a step (trick) that I'm missing? Would appreciate any help because right now I'm stuck.

I'm not sure about the mount, but I do know who runs Bartertown!

You need to remove the oil filter adapter. There is a center bolt holding it on. There are also seveal orings you should replace when you reinstall it.
