alrghty gotta machine one top on a set of flat top knuckles for my 44. looking for a friendly shop who will do the job on the cheep. any one know of a good machinest close to RI to shave a few thousants off and drill and tap some holes.

Not really close to RI but the shop I work at and my father's shop have had real good luck with a lot of different stuff at Brookline Machine in Brookline, MA. They do everything form small stuff and driveshafts to big hydraulic piatons and stuff like that.

Let us know where you go and how everything works out. It'll be good to have another shop to add to the list when it comes time for other people to have some work done.
