So I get the wife an mp3 player to exercise with for our anniversary (so she'll stop using mine) and she goes out and gets me one of these:

Now she's just feeding the wheeling habit. Or maybe she's giving me somewhere to sleep when she's angry.

First off it's an electronic device. And second its intended use is for working out!!!

man that's playing with fire right there  .

It's cool that she liked it. I got my wife one for her birthday a few years before the iPod was mainstream and she gave me a little crap about it until she realized that she was using it everyday.

I'm building a tent frame for the MJ, so when we camp I can be the hillbilly one.

I got my wife a really nice and expensive set of wilkerson steak knives for xmas one year, she got me a blender for my birthday...I got the message...
After that I got her certificates for Peter Crump's gourmet cooking school in NYC, they were usually 3 day classes so we'd stay over there for the weekend.

all ya need is a post to shove in the ground.
you figure out how to get TV while in uwharrie and I think I'll never here the end of it from my wife. She already thinks that camping in the truck is some kind of camping sin, I told her that if she wanted to sleep on the cold, uneven and possibly wet ground she was more than welcome, and that I would be in the truck sleeping, on an air mattress.

A bed cap really cuts the wind... I camped on the top of Mt Greylock in the Berkshires in Mass in October and was quite comfortable that way.

Hey, do you need a bedliner by any chance?

I've got the factory rubber bed mat.
Says jeep, and has the AMC logo on it. :)
I discovered the other day when I pulled it out to clean the bed that I had a factory rollbar at one point :(

I'm not out there to camp and be one with nature, I'm out there to wheel. Why punish yourself all night and be sore while you're riding?
Besides, I like tv and tv likes me.
