what shims on 4.5"s

what shims do I need on my 95 with 4.5"s and a 1" t-case drop.
without the drop it vibrates alot
with the drop it doesnt at all so could I add another 1.5"s and put some shims on the rear?

just like every other axle shim question. you will need to play around with it. my guess would be 2*

With no SYE the pinion shaft on the rear axle should be about parallel with the tail shaft of the t-case. Every vehicle is a little different so it's next to impossible for us to give you a simple answer. Get an angle guage and take some measurements. From that you can figure out what size shims you will need. I bought my angle guage at Harbor Freight for around $5.

The best solution to your problem is to install a SYE and go from there.
