rough idle after compression test

I just done a compression test and after I was done, I started it up and it ran kinda rough. Kinda puts. The plugwires are in order and the plugs are the same cylinder they came out of. I can't figure it out. It ran perfectly normal before the test. any help will be great.

Please check the plug gaps, especially in the farthest two (near the rear of the engine). On a BRAND NEW set of plugs, I managed to push the electrode enough to "un-gap" the plugs, and they were nearly shorted out.

Use your FINGERS only when installing the plugs, then tighten with a socket and wrench, AFTER they're in their respective places. I couldn't believe how easy it is to accidently bump the electrode, and mess things up!
It doesn't take much, to "un-gap" a plug...

thanks. plug gap on 2nd cylinder was closed. i didn't even think about that.
