I'm getting ready to paint "Ole gray." I had to grind off the bolt heads for the caps. The right rear flare had to be removed to repair some body damage. The bolts on the metal brackets sheared off when I tried to remove the flare.
I have been offered the OEM flares and bumper caps from a 94 XJ that is being built for the Wheeling. They are about 100 miles away, so I would like to know if they will fit before using some of that $3 a gallon fuel.
Will stock, rear fender flares from a 94 XJ fit on a 89 XJ? Same question for the rear bumper caps.
