So, how's it done. I've got a slim jim of sort that was in the bed when I bought it I assume for this reason.
So, I locked the keys in the truck. Something I'm notorious for doing.
Problem is that the spare that's normally under the truck was in the cab, cause I had used it about 2 hours prior and tossed it in the center console.
So, the question stands. How do I break into my MJ?
I've got win vent windows, and the wiper trim is shot along the drivers side glass, so I can get things down into there pretty easy. I'm not worried about scratching glass, but I would like to avoice breakage.

Keep an extra in you wallet. For now......I can do it...but it is an art, not a science.

son of a bitch, I'm retarded that's how it's related to WF. I meant to go to OEM tech, and thought I had.
I did lock me keys in the Mj at WF too...

You'd think you would have learned your lesson when I spent 2 hours in a damn snowdrift looking for your keys.

Can't you get the hanger down in and pull up on the lock rod?

nope, but I got it open. and the reson my spare was in it was becaseu I had used it about 2 hours previous when I locked it in the garage.

FWIW -

I used a hangar to roll down my window enough to hook my keys a few days ago...

sometimes it pays to have roll windows...
