A good size chunk missing from the l/h side, no factory 44 (35 T/L) but a typical Limited XJ with moonroof, tow package, HD cooling etc...

The price on this one was freakin $24k+!!! :eek:


Someone tell me they didn't ask that much for em back then. Seems like the '01 I looked at (Sport 4.0/231/AW4 w AC/PW/PDL) was only $21k

The 'gold trim and wheels' must have drawn em in like moths to a flame LOL :cool:

I bet they really did ask for that much back then. SUV's truly were luxury vehicles back then so it would make sense in my opinion. Plus they wrent as widely owned back then (or were they?).

My old 89 Pioneer ended up with many of the upgrades, but MSRP was 14,529. After the HD Alternator/Battery, tach, roofrack, upgrade to 215/75R15 tires, etc it totalled up to $19,315 with a $435 "Destination Charge"
