anyone try to get a rubber bushing back in a shock

Ok.. so i had to pull the rubber bushing out of my shock where the stud would go through. Now, i cant get the friggin thing back in. It just compacts the rubber and wont go through the hole.

anyone have some ingenious way of getting the bushing back into the hole?

use a vice or a c clamp to press it in. lots of lube

i'm an idiot.. i wasn't using any lube

When I did this before I just sprayed the bushing with a good dose of Pledge and gave it a whap with a rubber mallet, went right in. Save the Astroglide for better things

I don't know what Astroglide is like, but seriously, K-Y works very well on such things. So, however, does dishwashing liquid.

my girlfriend sells sex toys... does the home novelty parties, so we've got just about every sex grease known to man... with all the other toys and swings and straps, and whips and handcuffs and whatnot..
