Twisting sound when I first accelerate

I bought my '90 XJ 4x4 2 years ago to pull my boat. It had 105K miles and now it has 130K. I noticed from the beginning a twisting sound under the vehicle (towards the front of vehicle) upon dead stop take off. It only lasts for about the first 5 to 10 feet. When I pull the boat it occurs for the same distance but a little louder. Does anyone have an idea of what could be causing this?

motor mounts, tranny mount, ujoints, u bolt torque...check all

I'd also add the front swaybar bushing. Mine start grunting and groaning on takeoff and bumps every few months and I go out and hit them with the grease gun.
