I'd imagine you need to look into a new seal for the tailcone housing.

Yep, mine was leaking. It wasn't leaking around the rubber shaft seal but from the seal housing to tailhousing. The seal was not a tight fit so it actually would spin a little bit in the housing an leak there. I was able to pull the shaft and pry it out. An out parts store cross reference the number and I put a new seal in with some RTV. No leaks since.

napa auto parts specializes in seals they can cross ref any seal for any thing and usually have it in store or in their warehouse

There is also a seal that goes between the end of the tail shaft and the yolk. It's star shaped and conforms to the splines. That might need to be replaced.

About 6 weeks after mine went in the seal itself was spinning in the tail cone.

Lets just say that the underside of the jeep was well lubed.

A bit of RTV took care of that.
