1988 Hi-pinion 30 u-joint

What is the best u-joint ? I want something good for the road and trail.
Does any one know the spicer number for that ? I'll probably just go with
that. Are they around $25

BTW, I really HATE the AZ ones, the seals on the BF's suck.
