Custom Serp. Belts?

Does anybody know a company that will make custom serpentine belts to specified lenghts? Seems like they would just take a lenght of the proper sized belt (# of grooves, width, etc) and splice it to length. Anybody know a company that does this?

or just go to the parts store and look for one the right lenght.the newer stores like Advanced,Autozone,ect.. don't have the tool to measure a belt.try to find an old mom&pop auto store.take a fabric tape measure and run it around all the pulleys till you get your number.then take that to your auto store

For some belt manf, the part number usually indicates the number of grooves and length in cm (ie a 6K51 is 6 grooves 51 cm long).
