rear main seal

is there any way to change the rear main seal with the trany out but with-out taking off oil pan??? thanks ALL!!

No.

But you don't need to take the tranny out to do the rear seal in the engine.

nope....the rear main seal sits next to the last main bearing which is in the oil pan. You have to remove the pan, then the last main bearing, then replace the seal which is in two pieces (some will tell you to replace with a one piece seal)
In the future give some specs on you heep i.e. year, size motor, mileage, transmission type, 2wd/4wd. It helps to get a better, more proper response.
