TJ Flares question

I'm sure it's been asked a hundred times, and I do indeed try to search first, but with the hours been puttin in just too dang tired tonight, coul dsomeone be so kind as to pint me at a good detailed writeup on how to mount up TJ flares to a 90 XJ?

This ones not bad with good pics. You decide whats the best way to attatch the flare to the fender. Did you sleep well?

timing is everything, just picked up a set of tj fronts and was wondering about that stupid lip and star thingy..guess i'll just have to cut em off.
